Create a list of the things that you must do, prepare and take note of before it slip your mind. Set up a map and organize everything by getting an oversized calendar and be sure to mark the empty boxes with the daily tasks you need to prepare. A week before your moving date, call your electricity, internet, cable, and gas providers to figure out when you need to shut everything off. gather all necessary items you need to return such as remotes, cords, or cable boxes. You have to change your mailing address, registered address and your shipping address if you want them all in your new home.
